 Charles Stuart
Charles has been involved in the jewelry industry for 34 years and holds vast knowledge in diamond buying and grading, jewelry appraisals and marketing, as well as, expertise in jewelry and watch repair. Charles personally selects our merchandise carefully to ensure its quality and beauty, and always at an excellent value. He has achieved the title of Certified Gemologist Appraiser from the American Gem Society, which is the highest title offered by this prestigious organization. Charles also has worked as a bench jeweler for many years. He is well known and respected in the community for his honesty and integrity in his business dealings. Some people even refer to Charles as the “diamond doctor”.

 Francis Stuart
Francis is our fashion expert and Professional Sales Consultant who has over 30 years of retail experience. She has a passion for helping customers look good and feel good. In addition, Francis offers pearl stringing expertise from the Gemological Institute of America, and her creative window displays generate interest in seeing more of our fine jewelry inside the store.  Walter Stuart
Walter is one of three qualified, on site Bench Jewelers. He works diligently and skillfully on our customers’ precious treasures. Walter is keeping up a family tradition by following in his grandfather and father’s footsteps in the jewelry business. He can help you turn your ideas into reality when designing a new custom piece of jewelry just for you.
We are very proud that Walter has recently been awarded the Certified Bench Jeweler recognition from Jewelers of America for his outstanding skills. This is a very intense program of testing skill sets prior to such recognition.

 Johnnie McManus
We are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of our Associate and good friend, Johnnie. She provided the glue to keep us all on track with her handling of our office and customer traffic.
Her over seven years of service to our family business always left a positive lasting impression on our clientele.
Cancer claimed her very quickly, long before her time should have been up. We miss her dearly.

 Barry Silcock
Barry is an independent Certified Gemologist Appraiser and fellow Gemologist of the Gemological Association of Great Britain, whose 30 years of experience, in Europe and the United States, enable him to offer professional appraisals to our customers for insurance purposes, liquidations or consultations. Barry’s services are available by appointment in our store.

 Jim Palmer
Jim is our part-time associate, having “retired” to the Sebring area after owning and operating his own jewelry store in New York State for 33 years. As a fellow member of the IJO group, Jim has spent much time buying diamonds in Europe, as well as having traveled to the Kimberly Diamond mines, and platinum mines in South Africa. Jim’s overall expertise and knowledge of all aspects of our business and dedication to customer service make him a valued addition to our staff.
Having operated a watch trade repair facility for 11 years from his business, Jim is able to tackle the most demanding watch repair questions and usually come up with a satisfactory solution.

 Johnson
Johnson is our official greeter. He loves attention and loves treats and is full of energy! So be warned, little ones are subject to a wagging tail and a sloppy tongue, at all times. A lot of folks stop in just to visit Johnson.

 Bo
Bo is our official guard dog and is always on high alert. However, he loves treats as much as Johnson does and looks forward to UPS, FedEx and Postal deliveries, as these folks seem to have his number!
