Highlands Master Jewelers is an independently owned family business, owned and operated by Charles and Francis Stuart, which offers a wide variety of diamonds, colored gemstones, estate jewelry, and an extensive inventory of designer and custom jewelry.
Hank Stuart started our family business in 1972 when he purchased an established jewelry store in Sebring. Hank was a sales executive for a major jewelry wholesale-manufacturing company and had been in the jewelry business since the 1950’s. Hank was known for his integrity and honor which helped him quickly establish a loyal cliental. Charles Stuart, Hank’s son and now owner, is a Certified Gemologist appraiser of the American Gem Society for over 30 years and has been working with the family business since 1980, and his wife Francis since 1982.
We are known for our diverse selection of fine jewelry, hand selecting diamonds directly from Antwerp, unique gemstones, estate jewelry, jewelry repair, and custom designs. We have a complete repair shop on site and take pride in our attention to detail and expertise.
As a family owned and operated business we are part of the community, we live here and our friends are here. We see our customers in our daily lives when we go to the grocery store, out to eat, or at church. Serving our friends in our business is an honor, and we will always strive to do our best for them.

I am the second generation owner of Highlands Jewelers and have been working in the jewelry industry for over 30 years. I am a graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America and a Certified Gemologist Appraiser for The American Gem Society.

Francis Stuart
Francis started out many years ago in clothing fashion and has been in the jewelry business since 1982. She’s wife to the owner Charles Stuart. Her background in fashion has made her an expert jewelry consultant. She's up to date with all the high fashion jewelry trends. She has a passion and the desire to help our customers find the piece of jewelry that is suited for their own personal needs. Walter Stuart
Walter is the son of owner Charles Stuart and 3rd generation in line to take over the family business. Walter started in 2004 apprenticing under a Jewelers of America Certified Bench Jeweler and in 2009 at the age of 22 with completion of his Jewelers of America test began working as one of the areas only J.A. Certified Bench Jeweler. He's trained in the latest technologies of jeweler repair. Using a high powered laser to get precision when repairing your items. He will be happy to help you create a new custom design, refurbish old antique pieces, or take your older, out-of-date jewelry and transform it into a new and spectacular up-to-date design.
