Highlands Jewelers has a state of the art Jewelry Repair Studio. We are able to work on almost any item of jewelry. When other jewelers tell you they are unable to repair your treasure, check with us. Our laser welder gives us the ability to repair jewelry that once was impossible. 

Our Approach: We treat your treasure as if it were our own. We know how valuable your jewelry is to you and we will treat them as if they are our mother’s. Your family heirlooms are memories that cannot be replaced. 

Our jewelry repair is completed by Walter Stuart, the owner’s son, who is professionally trained and is a certified bench jeweler by Jewelers of America. This will give you the peace of mind knowing that your jewelry will be handled with the upmost care and expertise.

Inspections— It is important to bring your jewelry in every six months for cleaning and inspection. Not only can this potentially save you time and money, it can also catch any gemstones that may be loose before they are lost. We never charge to ultrasonic clean, steam clean, and inspect your jewelry.

Our Process:  You can feel secure leaving your jewelry with us since we have been family owned and operated in Sebring for over 43 years, and that we do all of our repair work in house. Upon completion, each piece is examined by both Charles (the owner) and Angela (the daughter) to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship. 

Some minor repairs may be completed same day, while other more in depth repairs will undoubtedly take longer, depending upon the intricacy of the repair. Our staff will give you an estimated time frame at drop-off, and we will contact you as soon as your piece is ready.

Pricing is based on the time involved for doing the repair, the metal type, as well as the number and size of the gemstones involved. To receive the most accurate estimate of cost, one of our jewelers will want to examine and discuss your jewelry in person.
